Restricted criminal court records require careful wording. Juvenile matters are not ordinary public criminal records. Sealed records are hidden from general public access by court order or rule. Restricted Nelson County Criminal Records
Some criminal-related records are not available through ordinary public lookup. Juvenile case details, protected victim or witness information, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, minor names, sealed records, expunged records, and mental-health material may be withheld or redacted.
